At U-Haul, we’re searching for a motivated individual for the Customer Service Representative role. This position requires assisting customers with products, managing rentals using U-Scan technology, and ensuring equipment safety and maintenance. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with U-Haul services at the center
• Use U-Scan technology for equipment management
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers
• Clean and inspect rental equipment safely
• Prepare and process rental invoices efficiently
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license with valuable driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and handle physical tasks
• Willingness to participate in U-Haul training
• Commitment to a smoke-free work environment
