Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical sales support for VoIP/telephony deals
• Collaborate with Sales to articulate Clio’s communication capabilities
• Lead technical deal strategy and VoIP-specific scoping
• Enable targeted demonstrations of VoIP/telephony products
• Guide customers through VoIP migration planning
Requirements:
• 2+ years’ experience in Solutions Engineering or relevant SaaS role
• Robust knowledge of VoIP/telephony fundamentals
• Excellent communication skills to simplify technical concepts
• Proven problem-solving abilities in challenging situations
• Relationship-building expertise with stakeholders
