integration impact assessment across upstream and downstream systems and business processes

Nice to Have

Workday Payroll implementations for acquisitions, mergers, legal entity consolidations, or employee migrations Employee migration into an existing Workday tenant Unionized workforce considerations, complex pay practices, and workforce compliance requirements Canadian Payroll processes, legislation, and regulatory requirements Energy, utilities, manufacturing, or industrial sector experience

Responsibilities

Lead the Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence workstream within the ERP harmonization program Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions with business stakeholders and subject matter experts Assess existing payroll, time, and absence configurations to identify reuse opportunities and configuration gaps Lead system integration testing, payroll parallel testing, user acceptance testing, and payroll validation activities Review payroll, absence,



and time-related integrations and data flows Support cutover planning and payroll readiness activities Complete knowledge transfer to internal HRIS, HR, and Payroll teams
