You’ll learn laminating and cutting-edge skills with advanced materials, and gain experience with technologies such as autoclaves, molds, carbon fiber layups, structural bonding, and more. If you’re motivated, curious, and ready to learn — this is where you want to be.**Key Responsibilities****You’ll be hands-on from day one, all training is provided inhouse.** You will be:* Learning how to laminate and vacuum bag carbon fiber and other composite materials for curing in an autoclave* Working with autoclaves and ovens to cure Composite Materials* Getting hands-on experience in the building and assembly of composite components and substructures* Cutting, trimming, bonding, and finishing composite parts to precise specifications* Gaining knowledge in how to interpret lamination and assembly manuals* Growing your abilities in helping create master molds and patterns* Maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and attention to detail* Collaborating closely with supervisors, leads, and QA to meet project timelines and quality expectations* Keeping your work area safe, clean, and organized* Participating in continuous improvement activities, including Kaizen,
