Reporting to the Manager of International Operations, you will coordinate agent partnerships, assess applications, and ensure effective communication with both students and agents. Your role involves developing promotional materials and maintaining accurate records for international student performance. You will also assist with relevant immigration information and services, ensuring a seamless experience for incoming international students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide current recruitment agent inquiries efficiently
• Assess and verify agent applications thoroughly




• Prepare and update formal agent contracts for review
• Monitor and report agent performance accurately
• Develop international marketing materials in collaboration with teams
Requirements:
• Two-year Diploma in Business or related field
• Regulated International Student Immigration Advisor Certification
• Minimum 3 years in data management experience
• Knowledge of Canadian immigration policies
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
