In this role, you will report to the Production Supervisor and ensure all ILP machines function optimally. With a minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment, you'll handle troubleshooting, adjustments, and assist with training new team members. Your contributions will directly support our mission to improve health worldwide through cutting-edge dental products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and disassemble ILP machines for production
• Train new operators on machine operations and procedures




• Perform mechanical adjustments and routine maintenance
• Collaborate with team to solve equipment issues efficiently
• Ensure compliance with GMP and company policies
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• Minimum one year manufacturing experience
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Flexible for 24/7 shift work
• Experience in pharmaceutical or food industry is an asset
