Key Responsibilities:
Lead high-volume recruitment processes for client requirements
Manage job postings and candidate submissions
Conduct resume reviews and pre-screen candidates
Collaborate in interview processes and decision-making
Source candidates using Linked In, Indeed, and ATS
Requirements:
At least 2 years of recruitment expertise, emphasizing industrial trades
Strong sourcing platforms and recruitment marketing knowledge
Effective communication with operational leaders
Experience with the complete recruitment cycle
ICIMs familiarity is an asset
