This includes administering training courses, tracking compliance, and enhancing onboarding experiences for new employees.
Your attention to detail and solid organizational skills will ensure the highest quality in learning and development. Key Responsibilities:
Upload and manage e-learning content in the LMS
Coordinate training sessions and logistics for various formats
Facilitate onboarding and track current hire progress
Edit training materials for multilingual training needs
Maintain compliance training records and monitor completion Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
Interest or experience in the Human Resources field
Degree in HR or related area is a preferred asset
Capable of handling multiple tasks with robust attention to detail
