You will oversee the production process, managing teams in Screen Print, Heat Transfer, Embroidery, and Logistics. This position demands effective leadership to execute pre-planned production schedules, uphold quality standards, and address issues on the production floor proactively. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and develop all team members on 2nd shift
Execute production plans effectively, making real-time adjustments
Ensure quality assurance in all production methods




Handle technical troubleshooting and ensure equipment is maintained
Enforce health and safety regulations and manage documentation Requirements:
