As a Rental Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be providing BearCom customers with expert rental services.

This position requires you to manage everything from order consultation to invoicing, while ensuring high-quality customer support. Collaborating with the Dallas Rental Operations Center on inventory matters will be essential to your success in fulfilling customer demands efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Consult clients and process rental orders
Schedule deliveries and coordinate equipment needs
Maintain control over rental inventory
Address customer service inquiries and troubleshooting
Promote BearCom rental services at local events Requirements:
1 year experience in a agile workplace preferred
Solid attention to detail and urgency
Excellent communication and relationship skills
Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds
Some college education or related experience preferred Capitalize on your abilities to enhance BearCom’s rental services through effective coordination and customer engagement.
