Assess and enhance patient pharmacotherapy outcomes
Ensure protected drug distribution and procurement management
Mentor current hires and support continuous education
Engage in development and review of pharmacy initiatives
Liaise with patients and healthcare teams for effective care Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited Pharmacy program required
Registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists is necessary
Hospital pharmacy experience preferred but not mandatory
Outstanding verbal and written communication required
