You will play a pivotal role in promoting P&H;’s services while developing current business opportunities. Utilize your agronomic knowledge to assist producers in achieving their goals and negotiate beneficial agreements supporting both their needs and P&H;’s mission. Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and recent clients
Scout fields and conduct thorough soil assessments
Communicate product perks to agricultural producers
Develop customized agronomic solutions for producers
Negotiate advantageous agreements with clients Requirements:
Valid Professional Agrologist (P.Ag) or Certified Crop Adviser (CCA) certification
3+ years of direct experience with producers
Robust sales skills with proven revenue growth
Familiarity with modern crop protection solutions
