As a Nike Athlete, your mission is to deliver a premium consumer experience by understanding each customer’s needs and connecting them with the right Nike products and services.

What You’ll Do
Deliver an exceptional and personalized customer experience
Assist customers in finding the right Nike products for their needs
Support product placement, stock replenishment, and daily store operations
Keep the sales floor and stock areas organized and ready for business
Work collaboratively with the team in a fast-paced retail environment
What We’d Love to See:
High School diploma/GED or currently pursuing one
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to complete multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical retail tasks, including bending, reaching, squatting, and climbing ladders
Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
Availability:
Minimum 20 hours per week
Availability during peak store hours
Weekend availability, including at least 1 closing weekend shift
At least 1 closing shift Monday–Thursday
Availability during key retail periods, including Black Friday and the winter holiday season
