You'll work directly with individuals and families to facilitate treatment plans and ensure a supportive workplace. This position combines nursing expertise with compassion and aims to assist seniors in their community. Key Responsibilities:
Perform specialized mental health assessments for seniors
Establish and negotiate treatment options with clients
Monitor clients to prevent hospital admissions
Provide consultations to clinical teams and agencies
Conduct follow-ups for community reintegration Requirements:
Completion of an accredited Psychiatric nursing program
Registered or eligible with CRPNA
3 years’ mental health experience needed
At least 2 years with senior populations
