Your role entails managing control systems, optimizing processes, and participating in safety discussions. Your leadership will guide the operations team through challenges while maintaining high operational standards. Key Responsibilities:
Utilize DCS to manage operational conditions
Analyze KPIs and perform necessary adjustments
Rotate positions for team proficiency
Support the Coordinator in operational goals
Engage in safety discussions and training Requirements:
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
Over 5 years in SAGD operations
3rd Class steam ticket minimum
Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills
