About the Role The successful candidate will join our team as an Inside Sales Representative and develop a solid understanding of our products, applications, customers, and sales processes.

This role is not limited to processing quotations and customer inquiries. A primary responsibility is to proactively identify and develop new business opportunities while building relationships with prospective customers.

Responsibilities
Prospect and develop current business opportunities through phone, email, and other outreach activities
Build relationships with prospective customers and strengthen relationships with existing customers
Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities
Learn the Company's products, applications, and sales processes
Support customers by providing technical information and coordinating solutions with internal teams
Maintain accurate customer and sales opportunity records in CRM

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required




2 to 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, inside sales, application engineering, engineering support, or another customer-facing technical role
Robust interest in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, outgoing, and results-oriented personality
Ability to learn technical products and effectively communicate their value to customers
Experience using CRM systems is considered an asset

Compensation
CAD $47,000 to $57,000 per year
