This position involves adhering to care plans, assisting with daily activities, and providing psychological support to residents. You will play an essential role in creating a respectful and safe setting for seniors, while also ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:
Follow the care plan set by the supervisor
Assist residents with personal care and daily living tasks
Report any significant changes in client conditions




Help facilitate transfers and mobility of residents
Maintain confidentiality of resident information Requirements:
Registration with the College of Health Care Aides in Alberta
Completion of Health Care Aide program with practicum hours
Experience working with elderly clients in health settings
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
