Your role will involve assisting clients with routine activities while ensuring their emotional and social needs are catered to. Solid interpersonal skills and a commitment to resident-centered care are key to success. Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily activities and hygiene needs
Ensure compliance with safety and resident rights policies
Facilitate positive social interactions for residents
Implement the resident-centered approach in care delivery
Work collaboratively within a supportive team setting Requirements:
Completed an approved PSW course in Ontario
Prior experience in long-term care is an asset
CPR certification must be current
Registration with Health and Supportive Care Providers Oversight Authority preferred
Ability to communicate in Chinese is beneficial Effectively support the well-being of seniors at Yee Hong, contributing to a culturally respectful and inclusive care experience.
