Inspect and maintain plumbing systems across properties
Perform electrical and minor carpentry repairs
Check and service HVAC and other building systems
Document repairs using handheld devices
Assist in inventory management of materials and tools Requirements:
Secondary Education or equivalent experience required
3 years in property maintenance or related field
Valid Ontario Class G Driver's License needed
Must complete a Criminal Background Check
