Supervisor, you will oversee the maintenance of properties, organizing staff and contractors under Board guidelines. Investigate and process maintenance work order requests
Coordinate compliance with fire codes and by-laws
Evaluate potential contractors during RFPs
Guide on school enhancement specifications
Conduct regular audits and emergency responses Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Engineering Technology
4–5 years of maintenance experience desired
Ontario driver’s license required
Leadership experience in union settings
