In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patrons, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Your tasks include setting up events, maintaining cleanliness, handling cash, and ensuring positive customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inquiries and customer concerns professionally
• Manage cash handling and daily operations efficiently
• Support setup and teardown for events and activities




• Monitor patron compliance with facility rules
• Ensure a positive and safe environment for visitors
Requirements:
• Secondary School Diploma preferred
• Experience with computer software, ActiveNet an asset
• Standard First Aid and CPR “C” certification
• Cash handling and POS experience preferred
• Solid organizational and time management skills
