As a 4th Class Building Operator, you’ll engage in a variety of maintenance tasks, ensuring buildings meet safety standards.

Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of experience, alongside a 4th Class Power Engineer Certification. You will be part of a dedicated team operating across diverse locations, addressing both routine and emergency maintenance needs. Key Responsibilities:
Perform quality repairs and maintenance on systems
Participate in troubleshooting and repairs with diligence
Maintain equipment logs and records as needed
Conduct inspections for compliance and safety
Proactively address maintenance issues as they arise Requirements:
4th Class Power Engineer Certification required
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
Class 5 Driver’s License with clean record
Must explicit a Drug & Alcohol Test
