Academy Travels is looking for an experienced Ticketing Agent to join our team in Toronto.
The ideal candidate has robust hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS and is confident managing flight reservations and ticketing independently.
Requirements:
Minimum 3–4 years of experience with Amadeus GDS
Solid experience with flight reservations, ticketing, reissues and cancellations
Fluent in Turkish and English
Robust knowledge of airline fares, fare rules and booking procedures
Ability to handle customer inquiries and travel arrangements professionally
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Position: Full-time
Location: Toronto, ON – On-site
