Answer inquiries related to benefits administered by the Board
Process member requests with precision and care




Monitor and meet personal and team performance metrics
Apply current legislative and policy knowledge
Ensure organized activities to meet service standards Requirements:
Education at the college or university level
Preferred experience of one year in client service
Exceptional interpersonal skills and adaptability
