The CI Leader will foster engagement and implement the Saputo Operation Excellence System. This position requires a balance of analytical skills and leadership, ensuring that improvement goals are met effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Own the implementation of IoTORQ systems
Ensure accurate measurement of OEE
Engage in root cause analyses for performance issues
Develop future performance master plans
Monitor plant improvement initiatives collaboratively Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
Over 3 years in manufacturing settings
Robust commitment to CI practices and leadership
Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred
