As a full time, permanent consultant at Vancity’s head office, you will oversee operational risk and third-party risks while ensuring sustainable governance.

By leveraging your extensive experience, you will design and implement frameworks that meet regulatory standards. Team-oriented engagement with various departments will enhance internal risk practices across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance TPRM procedures and reporting capabilities
Provide independent oversight of risk mitigation plans




Evaluate and improve TPRM process effectiveness
Aggregate risk information for senior leadership reporting
Conduct enterprise-wide training on risk management Requirements:
5+ years in Operational Risk or Enterprise Risk Management
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Robust understanding of regulatory guidelines and standards
Excellent ability to build relationships and influence
