Supports the Counter Manager in overseeing CHANEL Beauty and Fragrance operations and developing sales prospects. Delivers personalized customer service through product expertise and client consultations. Responsibilities

Achieve annual Beauty and Fragrance sales targets. Provide exceptional customer service through client consultations. Support sales team development and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Organize promotions and special events with Territory Managers. Participate in merchandising and manage inventory. Requirements

Demonstrate extensive knowledge of CHANEL products. Provide a luxurious, personalized client experience. Contribute to sales goals and support the development of a goal-oriented team.
