Responsibilities
Greet guests in a warm, qualified, and friendly manner
Provide exceptional customer service and guest support
Answer phones, assist with bookings, and respond to guest inquiries
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
Support daily front-of-house operations and team needs
Build positive relationships with guests and team members
Assist in creating a fun, upbeat, and hospitality-driven atmosphere
