We are currently looking to fill a vacant position. This role is responsible for diagnosing and repairing breakdowns. You will work from start to finish on heavy-duty diesel trucks directly at the customer location to get them safely operating again.

This position may require future on-call service responsiblitlies.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond to customer service calls in an as needed basis
Repair units on site at customers locations
Maintain clean & organized service truck
Manage repairs until fully completed
Complete & maintain online/instructor led training
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality repairs
Follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Driver's License G Class (Preferred), DZ an asset
Valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician License (Required).
Experience working on heavy-duty diesel trucks in a dealership environment (Required).
Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.




Ability to read and interpret service manuals and electrical schematics.
Proficiency with diagnostic tools and computer-based repair systems. Such as Diagnosticlink, Cummins Insite, Wabco Toolbox, Service Ranger, Allison Doc, Bendix Acom.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
Robust organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize customer needs
Must provide your own tools to equip the company service truck. Some shop tools are provided
Ability to work flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekend when necessary
ODP certification
Bilingual an asset (English/French)
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
