Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, creativity, and consistency
Handle all aspects of food preparation, including chopping, marinating, portioning, and plating dishes
Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to safety and sanitation standards
Serve food efficiently and courteously to guests, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
Follow recipes and portion controls to ensure quality and cost control
Assist in inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of shortages or expired items





Experience
Prior food service experience in a restaurant or similar setting is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn!
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods across various cuisines is advantageous
Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures is essential
Experience with meal preparation in a rapid-paced environment helps ensure efficiency under pressure
Robust understanding of serving standards and customer service principles in the food industry
Kitchen experience demonstrating ability to work cleanly, safely, and efficiently in a team environment
