Responsibilities
Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring prompt and friendly service
Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
Use POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process orders, payments, and handle cash or card transactions securely
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety standards
Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations, answer questions about menu items, and enhance their overall experience
Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management and prioritization




Follow all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

Qualifications
Must have a valid Serving It Right Certificate.
Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Robust customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, bill splitting, and order totaling
Demonstrated time management skills to handle busy service periods smoothly
Experience in the food industry is a plus but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn

Pay: $18.25 per hour
