Duties
Supervise and coordinate pharmacy staff to ensure productive workflow and excellent patient service
Oversee medication dispensing, administration, and inventory management to guarantee accuracy and safety
Expanded scope of practice delivering pharmacy services.
Provide guidance on medical terminology, medication interactions, and proper medication administration techniques
Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care plans, including pediatrics and acute care cases




Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and regulatory standards governing pharmacy practice
Educate patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and health management strategies
Maintain detailed records of prescriptions, patient interactions, and inventory for audit purposes

Experience
Community Pharmacy experience
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration protocols, and pharmacy operations
leadership skills in managing pharmacy teams within a quick-paced healthcare setting
Prior experience overseeing medication safety programs and ensuring regulatory compliance
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare specialists and educate patients

Pay: $52.00-$62.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
