Responsibilities
Clearly communicate to every customer what sets our store apart-- brand name shoes at unbeatable low prices—priced to be lower than anyones sale.
Accurately handle cash transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
Engage in up-selling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Maintain organized merchandise displays to attract customers.
Provide warm, friendly, and attentive customer service that reflects our family-owned values.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area.




Become knowledgeable about product details to confidently explain them to customers.
Support the sales floor during busy times and contribute to overall store operations.

Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy work workplace.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while managing time effectively.
Rapid learner with a willingness to grow.
