We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our energetic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that customers have a memorable visit. Duties
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and skilled manner.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed to support the team.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for recent guests.
Comply with all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a bar atmosphere is preferred.
Experience in a billiards room is a huge asset.
Solid time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions.
Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures is a plus.
Knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen operations is advantageous.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
