Clydesdale Inn Pizza is part of Clydesdale Inn, a local hospitality business featuring a pub, pizza kitchen, liquor store, and hotel. We are looking for an experienced and reliable Part-Time Pizza Cook to join our kitchen team.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and cook pizzas according to our recipes and quality standards
Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients
Operate pizza ovens and kitchen equipment safely
Ensure pizzas are properly cooked and consistently prepared
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Prepare ingredients and assist with general kitchen duties
Handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
Maintain proper food portions and quality standards
Work cooperatively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Pizza Cook
Valid FoodSafe Certificate required
Previous restaurant, pub, or commercial kitchen experience is an asset
Ability to work efficiently in a busy workplace
Valuable attention to food quality and cleanliness
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be available for part time shifts, including evenings and weekends
