Duties
Provide direct patient care in home care environments.
Administer medications accurately according to physician orders while monitoring for adverse reactions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and inform about missed doses
Maintain accurate documentation , communicate effectively with pharmacy , mental health teams , case workers and family members.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and infection control standards.
Skilla
Solid knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration protocols, and laboratory procedures
Proficiency in record keeping.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Knowledge of specialized area such laboratory work enhances your versatility as an LPN.

Pay: $26.25-$30.49 per hour
