MJ’s Natural Pharmacy provides an integrative approach to healthcare and has been around since 2003. We seek a part time regulated pharmacy technician to join our team in Metro Vancouver, which may lead to a full time position.
Responsibilities
Provide proactive and friendly interactions internally and externally
Provide accurate preparation and dispensing of prescriptions, blisterpacks, compounds
Perform technical checks on prescriptions
Counsel on medical devices
Handle prescription transfers and verbal orders
Handle inquiries and refer to a pharmacist as necessary
Operate cash register and complete customer pickups
Ensure stock levels are adequate to meet patients’ needs
Complete and maintain certifications for the role
Qualifications
Current CPBC registration as a Regulated Pharmacy Technician in good standing
Prior community pharmacy or Kroll experience is an asset
Ability to speak Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an asset
