Responsibilities
Prepare and cook fried foods according to established recipes and standards, maintaining consistency in flavor and presentation
Operate fryers, grills, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to ensure timely meal preparation
Follow food safety guidelines diligently, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and setting up stations for service
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including cleaning fryers, utensils, and kitchen surfaces throughout the shift




Support the food service team by serving dishes promptly and courteously to ensure a positive guest experience
Adhere to all health regulations and company policies to promote a safe and hygienic kitchen setting

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced setting
Strong attention to detail when preparing meals and maintaining cleanliness standards
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration and customer service
Basic understanding of cooking techniques related to frying and meal preparation is advantageous
