This is a full time Sales Consultant role located in Oakville, ON. As a Sales Consultant at RSA Motors, you will be responsible for driving sales by providing exceptional customer service and guidance to potential car buyers. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting customers in selecting the right car for their needs, conducting test drives, explaining financing options, negotiating prices, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities:
Valid driver's license
Valid OMVIC license
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven track record in sales or customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Good knowledge of the automotive industry and latest car models
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
Detail-oriented and well-organized
Ability to work well in a team environment
