We are seeking a friendly and energetic Barista / All Rounder to join our vibrant team in New Westminster, Port Coquitlam, Burnaby & Surrey. This role involves preparing and serving high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various food service tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, strong time management skills, and experience in customer-facing roles. Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other drinks according to company standards
Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling
Assist with food preparation and food handling to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Manage cash register operations accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with food safety regulations




Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management
Support team members in serving food and beverages efficiently during busy periods
Uphold food safety standards at all times, ensuring proper hygiene practices are followed

Experience
Previous 1 year barista experience is preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate
Experience in the food industry or food service environment is advantageous
Familiarity with POS systems
Robust time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and transactions accurately
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures is desirable

Pay: From $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
