Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Subcontractor to join our team, specializing in cleaning and facilities maintenance services. Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, and common areas
Conduct routine facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs and equipment upkeep
Ensure all cleaning supplies and tools are used efficiently and stored properly
Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others
Complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes while adhering to quality standards
Report any issues or damages observed during cleaning or maintenance activities to the appropriate personnel




Maintain detailed records of completed work and supplies used

Experience
Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures is advantageous
Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks and troubleshoot common issues
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously
Available evenings
