Stakeholder Management & Communication: Expertly manage and communicate with diverse stakeholders, from engineers to executives, ensuring alignment and managing expectations.
Business & Strategic Acumen: Connect program outcomes to tangible business value (e.g., ROI, TCO), thinking beyond project schedules to drive strategic customer goals.
Technical Background: Possess solid cloud technology knowledge (infra, data, dev) to facilitate technical discussions, understand dependencies, and earn the trust of engineering teams.
