Andersen Corporation's Strathroy, ON facility is seeking an afternoon shift Value Stream Lead Hand to ensure continuous production flow and lead the T1 assembly team. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating with other departments to meet targets.

You will coach staff, conduct daily inspections, and lead problem resolution, while promoting Andersen's values and a culture of continuous improvement.
