Overview
3 PL client is looking for reliable Order Pickers to join the warehouse team. The ideal candidates will have experience in warehouse distribution, and order picking processes.

This role is essential for ensuring accurate and timely shipping and receiving operations within a fast-paced warehouse setting. Candidates with warehouse management system knowledge, forklift certification, will be highly valued.

This position offers an opportunity for full time work Monday to Friday operating the High Reach Order Picker and Zebra RF scanners, supporting the efficient movement of goods throughout the facility.

Shift:

Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm minimum 40 hours a week

Duties
Safely operate the High Reach Order Picker to pick orders from high locations
Perform accurate order picking using warehouse management systems to fulfill customer orders efficiently
Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns
Support warehouse operations by organizing inventory, stacking pallets, and maintaining a clean work workplace
Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and ensure timely order fulfillment

Qualifications
Proven experience in warehouse distribution,




Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) for order picking and inventory control
Ability to perform lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Prior experience with load & unload procedures in a warehouse environment is necessary
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Valid certification for High Reach Order Picker forklift
Valid certification for Fall Arrest
Accuracy for order picking
Ability to count to ensure inventory counts are accurate

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Order Picking with RF scanner: 2 years (preferred)
Forklift High Reach: 2 years (preferred)
3PL warehouse : 2 years (preferred)
