Care At Home Services is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality, personalized care to a client in their home.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the client’s health and well-being while providing safe, respectful, and professional nursing care in a home environment.

Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, person-centred nursing care in the client’s home.
Assess and monitor the client’s condition and report any changes appropriately.
Administer medications and treatments within the LPN scope of practice.
Assist with activities of daily living and personal care as required.
Follow and implement the client’s individualized care plan.
Complete accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
Communicate effectively with the client, family members, and the nursing/care team.
Identify and report changes in the client’s health or care needs.
Maintain a protected, clean, and supportive workplace for the client.
Follow all applicable policies, procedures, and professional standards.
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals involved in the client’s care.

Qualifications & Requirements




Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) registration in British Columbia.
Current registration in good standing with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
Previous experience in home care, community care, long-term care, or a similar setting is an asset.
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound clinical judgment.
Compassionate, dependable, and respectful approach to client care.
Current CPR/First Aid certification as required.
Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check and other required employment screening.
