Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Supervise and motivate team members to deliver excellent food preparation, cooking, serving, and customer service.
Manage food handling procedures in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations.




Support hiring processes by interviewing candidates and assisting with on boarding current team members.
Operate POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy.
Ensure adherence to food safety protocols, including proper food storage, preparation, and kitchen cleanliness.
Lead by example in hospitality and leadership roles, fostering a positive work setting and teamwork.

Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant management is highly preferred.
Demonstrated supervising experience with team management responsibilities.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food industry standards.
Experience in interviewing and on boarding new staff members is desirable.
Strong leadership skills combined with excellent customer service abilities are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $40,500.00-$42,500.00 per year
