We are currently looking for a Controller for maternity leave relief, with the potential for permanent position in the company following the maternity leave period.

Bank reconciliations
GST filing
Monthly remittances
Accounts receivable and accounts payable
Ad hoc reporting
Payroll
PBS experience ( a very strong asset)
Payworks payroll software (an asset)
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Responsibilities
Monthly tasks will include:
Processing both salary/hourly and commission sales payrolls
Monthly and quarterly remittances
Processing vehicle deals
Bill payments
Floor Plan maintenance
Month-end reporting to manufacturer and bank
Schedule reconciliation
Bank reconciliation
A/P and A/R supervision and aging account collections
Health benefits administration
Human Resources administration
Year-end reconciliation
