Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products tailored to their preferences and needs
Educate customers on product effects, consumption methods, and responsible usage guidelines
Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
Manage inventory by merchandising products attractively and restocking shelves as needed




Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, filing necessary reports and records efficiently

Skills
Excellent communication skills
Robust customer service orientation with the ability to upsell products effectively
Familiarity with retail sales processes, cashiering, cash handling, and POS systems
Basic math skills for transactions, inventory counts, and product measurements
Organizational/cleaning skills to manage merchandising, filing, and time effectively in a quick-paced environment
Experience in hospitality or cannabis retail sales environments is highly desirable

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
