Our client is looking for a Full-Time Equipment Operator/General Labourer to join their team immediately.
This role is located in Monarch, AB - just 20 minutes northwest of Lethbridge.

Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain feedlot equipment, including tractors, skid steers, and loaders.
Perform general feedlot maintenance tasks, particularly during summer months.
Conduct bedding and pen scraping in feedlot pens during winter.
Assist with seasonal farming activities as required.
Perform manual labor tasks, including lifting, carrying,
and moving equipment or supplies.

Qualifications:
Experience operating farm or feedlot equipment (tractors, skidsteer, loader. etc.).
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Valid driver’s license.
A Class 1 or Class 3 driver’s license is considered an asset.
Able to work extended hours, including weekends and seasonal periods.
Class 1 or Class 3 driver’s license is considered an asset.
