Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
Conduct cleaning on resident rooms which includes wipping kitchen areas, bathroom areas, vaccum, mop, etc.
Reporting repairs needed, and ensuring equipment is in good working order
Maintain cleanliness of furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to promote a safe and sanitary setting
Follow established protocols for waste disposal and recycling to support environmental sustainability initiatives
Support team efforts during special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning sessions as scheduled




Document completed tasks and report any maintenance issues promptly to supervisors

Qualifications
Prior experience in cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and safety procedures
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
Basic understanding of facilities maintenance practices is a plus
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Reliability and punctuality are essential qualities for success in this role
Workdays are from Wednesdays to Friday (can be more depending on demand), between the hours of 8am-4pm

Pay: 19.68/hr

Schedule: 8am-4pm
